IMPORTANT: While VigilantLens uses advanced security APIs and AI analysis, no security system is 100% accurate. By using this service, you acknowledge that:
- VigilantLens provides analysis for informational purposes only
- Results should not be considered as absolute guarantees of safety or danger
- You are responsible for your own security decisions
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on our analysis
- New threats may not be immediately detected
- False positives and false negatives may occur

6. Subscription and Payments
VigilantLens offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Premium features require payment as outlined on our pricing page.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VigilantLens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.
